Geodesic Board recommended Final Dividend of Rs.2
The Board of Directors of Geodesic Ltd at its meeting held on December 03, 2012, had Considered and recommended final dividend @ Rs. 2/- per share on the face value of Rs. 2 each on equity shares of the Company to be paid after approval of shareholders in the AGM.
Therefore, if anyone is buying the share now, should be entitled to a divided, which is not at all bad at the CMP of Rs.24-25.
