Now to make things a little simple, let me give you the figures in Indian Rupees.
Now we know, 
(i) 1 (one) Billion = 10 to the power of nine (one followed by 9 zeros) and
(ii) 1 (one) Million = 10 to the power of six (one followed by 6 zeros)

Hence One Billion = 100 Cr ..

Therefore,
Rs.700 billion= Rs.700x100 Cr= Rs.70, 000 Cr ..

Can you Imagine....??!!

Now if this the valuation of www.facebook.com, then what is the valuation of India's 3rd (third) largest social networking web-site: www.bharatstudent.com, which is owned by Northgate Technologies Ltd..??!!
Any Guesses.....??!!
Moreover, Northgate Technologies Ltd also owns:
(i) www.axill.com
(ii)www.ziddu.com
(iii)www.globe7.com
Hence what is the total valuation of the web-properties of Northgate Technologies Ltd in case of any SELL??!!
