Important Announcement regarding Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprise Ltd:
There is a strike going on in the company, due to non payment of the salaries of employees. Moreover, the results of the company for Q3FY10, were also not good. There is liquidity crunch in the company (or the company is in need of the working capital) and which needs to be urgently sorted out.
However, the company is doing lot of restructuring of its business and is expected to turn around in the next 6-9 months time frame. It was once among the top 10 (ten) pharmaceutical companies in India.
