2. Name (if more than 2 ID then any specific names for them)
3. Date of Birth
4. PIN Code
5. Mobile Number (Indian)
6. Phone Number (Indian, if you have)
7. Address
8. You Yahoo ID

Many have deposited the amount in the designated Banks, but have not sent me the following without which the account cannot be opened.
