The tale of Yesterdays and Todays:

Last Thursday, i.e.20th December, 2007, was the historic day, in the annals of this blog, as this infant called www.sumanspeaks.blogspot.com attained maturity from pubity with the number of hits crossing one hundred thousand or 1 lakh in less then 2 (two) years. As you must be aware that this blog commenced operations in 2006 just as an experimental purpose, catering to the back end of the Yahoo Group SumanSpeaks, with only less than 50 hits per day; during the first few weeks. In the beginning I was thinking how to make the contents of the blog likeable and popular and draw more and more crowd. The challenge was tremendous as the contents were to be more than Surgery of the corporates and which should have the Excitement and the Sexiness of Hollywood blockbusters. Initially I had difficulty in the choice of themes, but then with gradual experiments, a theme was selected. But like all good things the same type of presentation seemed to get hackneyed. Then I thought of making the contents interesting and unique--and this culminated into a research of behavioral pattern of the investors visiting the blog using all sorts of game theories. The end results was tremendous, as the daily hits transformed from less than 50 to 350 plus with the maximum hits reaching 700 hits/per day; upsetting all calculations of the fellow bloggers. Thus it was found that some investors have begun to like the contents of the blog which in many cases stripped open the naked truth of the stock markets: PMS Services / Shady deal of the operators /inefficiencies of SEBI or FM etc. Many a times Brokerage houses were made naked here, when they failed to perform, prompting the houses to take strict quality control measures. Also sometimes some off-topic-burning-issues were also taken up like the abolition of the inhuman and barbaric law called Death Sentence or lack of attention of the successive governments at the centre, for the development of North East. If the investors were benefitted from the contents of the blog, I am honoured and contended. I look forward for your co-operation and suggestions so that this blog can be made an active source of free and useful information. Soon a discussion board will be incorporated in this blog where one would be able to share his or her recommendations or thoughts on particular scrips /markets. If anyone has expertise on the making of discussion boards for web-sites or has top-class HTML Codes for discussion boards, they can send me, their suggestions at suman2005s@rediffmail.com / sumanm2007s@gmail.com. If their design / idea gets selected then the "Discussion Board" will have their names engraved on them in the way they would like to have, as the "designer of the Discussion Board" and will give them publicity and reach....I have meanwhile postponed my trip for a health check up as the situation seems to have become a little fluid; but this is not final....with all the good wishes from the well wishers pouring in my luck-bucket how can I be ill for long.......I am looking forward you’re your active participation in the discussion board after it actually gets materialized.
