Garnet Construction Ltd has at last started hitting continuous buyer freezes. Sanguine Media Ltd also hit the buyer freeze today. Now start buying Premier Explosives Ltd as the company has an important board meeting today, where the issues relating to the selling of the assets of the mushroom division will be discussed among the many other important issues.
The company could annouce future course of action and also declare that, its focus now shiting to its core competence i.e. lucrative defence deals.
The company is expected to get the benefits of the current budget in the form of increased allocation to infrastructure (for making roads in inaccessive terrains, u need explosives), increased dedence allocation, and also government's stress on mining.
At the CMP, the share price is trading only a little more than 2x book value. I think the stock has the potential to at least double from the current price of Rs.42.
