1 .Garnet Construction Comapny Ltd: At the current market price of Rs.43.85.
Do not look at the overall Construction busket and the dampening article on it by www.equitymaster.com.
Dont look at Mahendra Gesco or Unitech which are ruling at astronomical P/Es..look at some good construction story. Era Construction at this price also looks good but no comparison with Garnet construction. The bunglow project in Lonavala is going on superbly with almost complete buyout....for another project near Bombay the work has started. The comany is scouting for another project in the suburbs of Bombay. What a company to invest....!!!
Close ur eyes and invest in this company for some wonderful gains within 6 to 7 months time.It has one of the lowest P/E in this sector of Rs.10.2--could u imagine a construction company available at this P/E???!!!!

Garnet Construction--->10.7 at Rs.44.3. Hence it has a chance of 100% appreciation from this price within a short time.
