As a Surveillance measure, the companies Mega Corporation Ltd. (Scrip code:531417) and IFSL Ltd. (Scrip code:531998) will be shifted to “Z” group with effect from Tuesday, August 29, 2006. IFSL Ltd. should have have been moved to the "Z" group long back, due to its involvements in ramping up the price of its shares by presenting false information on its balance sheet. I do not know how far SEBI has suceeded in filtering out such bogus managements of companies and dumping them in Z-groups. Many such companies which are still ruling the bourses and needs to be transferred to "Z" Group are:
Aditya International Ltd, Trijal Industires Ltd, G V Films Ltd, Oasis Media Ltd, K C Bokadia Films Ltd (This is now only a software company, K C Bodia has left the company, but the name still remains due to some unknown reasons), Jhagadia Copper Ltd (Fomerly SWIL, the company is known to flout all the dislosure norms but still is a darling of many investors), Metalman Industries Ltd (The company for a long time has not been presenting results on the BSE site, inspite of assurance given earlier), Trinity Bio Ltd, Kohinoor Broadcasting Ltd, Assam Company Ltd, Sarang Chemicals Ltd, McNally Bharat, Zyden Gentec Ltd, Jainco Projects Ltd, Shakun Construction Ltd, Spectra Industries Ltd, Super Bakers Ltd, Alka India Ltd, G R Cables Ltd, Elnet Technolgies Ltd, Reliance Infrastructure Ltd, RNRL, IT People Ltd, Essar Oil, Essar Steel Ltd, Ispat Industries Ltd, Welspun India Ltd, Landmarc Leisure Ltd, Abee-Info-Consumables Ltd(This Pune based company is known to have one of the worst managements in the circuit), NEPC Ltd, Nila Infrastructure, etc.
