Demand for housing gaining ground Demand for housing is picking up at all price levels, and is almost back to pre-slowdown levels, if realtors’ sales figures in the first few months of this year are anything to go by. Projects are being sold within days of launch. Earlier this week, Emaar MGF sold 650 flats, priced Rs 48-80 lakhs, in its Palm Hills project in Gurgaon within a day of its launch. “This is incredible.... to sell 650 flats in a day,” said a senior company official on the condition of anonymity. Last month, the country’s largest real estate developer, DLF, announced that they sold out 1,200 units of independent floors, priced Rs 30-60 lakhs, in its Panchkula Valley housing project near Chandigarh within a week of launch. “The demand for housing segment is definitely picking up, and we are witnessing record sales in properties which are well located and priced well. This is primarily because of the economic recovery. Residential is the first segment which witnesses g...
WINNING STROKES: THINK DIFFERENT: Expo Gas Container Ltd today moved up to Rs.15.25 before cooling down a bit. The stock was recommended  some months back around Rs.7-8. My recommended Ferro Alloys Ltd hit the buyer freeze. The stock made 52-week high today. The company has mines and could further move up due to NMDC issue. Now what to do with Northgate Technologies Ltd and Sanguine Media Services Ltd...? Should we  hold or exit? This portion is for the Paid Groups. The key benchmark indices recovered from the day's lows and closed flat after moving between the positive and negative terrain throughout the day. Higher European stocks helped a late recovery on the domestic bourses. But the market ended off the day's high as strong industrial production data for January 2010 reinforced expectations of a rate hike by the Reserve Bank of India. The Sensex and Nifty today struck their highest level in a month and a half. The BSE 30-share Sensex was down 1.34 points or 0.01%...
Women's Reservation Bill: a mockery of democracy and legitimization of inefficiency: Sushma Swaraj should resign from the party post (in BJP) if she continues to create an unnecessary Gender Divide and misguide the masses...What has happened to this Lady?  Ms.Brinda Karat, the cantankerous women should not think that Politics is her father's property. What has she done for men and women in all her years, except criticising everyone??!! Has Govt put Women's Bill on backburner after dissent in BJP? A well known and widely respected BJP MP from Gorakhpur Yogi Adityanath, openly voiced opposition to the legislation. Mr. Adityanath said that the women's reservation bill was needless. "It is needless. We are against any reservation. Everybody should come to (parliament) on his/her ability," he said, adding that the BJP leadership had fallen into a trap of the Congress-led government. "There are other more important issues to be discussed. People are suff...
WOMEN'S RESERVATION BILL-- A SHAM: Murder of Democracy and Creation of Gender Divide: Arun Jaitley and Sushma Swaraj should resign: Sonia Maino Ghandi (not Gandhi) should stop manipulating the media, using her money power: AFTER commiting the "HISTORIC BLUNDER" LOOK WHAT THOSE TWO PARTIES: THE BJP AND THE CONGRESS ARE SAYING now--please go through the news given below from http://www.sify.com/..... And yes after this "Shameful event" and murder of democracy let them now start Women's Reservation in all fields, why ONLY politics....Create an Unnecessary Gender War, manufacture worthless leaders (Like happening in Panchayats and Municipalities due to earlier blunder) and Destroy this great country..... If Arun Jaitley and Sushma Swaraj supports a bill brought in by a 5th Class Passed Italian Lady what can I say?? There is an old adage, "Vinas Kale Viprit Buddhi" (When the end is near you lose your senses)--this is what happened to Arun Jaitley...
REFEX REFRIGERANTS LTD. (Scrip Code : 532884) It is to be noted that after going through the shareholding pattern of the company (Refex) for the quarter ending December, 2009, I noticed that  two very great entities are  holding good amounts of the shares of the company.  1. Television Eighteen India Ltd (CNBC Group) -->275,000--> 1.78% of the shares... 2.  Bennet Coleman & Company Ltd (The Times of India Group)-->400,000-- 2.58% of the shares.   Soon you would find a major change in the shareholding pattern.....................

WINNING STROKES: THINK DIFFERENT: Rajya Sabha passes a "Shame Bill" called "Women's Reservation Bill", which seeks to reserve a third of the seats in the Parliament and State Legislatures for women and is expected to create "Gender Divide". MOST OF THE INDIAN MEDIA ONCE AGAIN DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MAFIAS OUT THERE FOR PROSTITUTION.  TIMES NOW, NDTV LTD, CNN IBN.....SHOULD STOP PROSTITUTION TO EARN THEIR LIVING. I wonder whether people of India needs governance or they need further reservation. Is it for these kinds of "Nonsense" that we are fighting for our motherland? Now due a dearth of a suitable candidate a "Bullshit" lady can also enter the Parliament due this nonsense. Now women already have 33% reservation and another 67% is open...Wow!! There should be a limit to Selfishness!! Congress is a spineless party, it can do anything, but I am ashamed of the BJP and Arun Jaitley which supported this ...
