My Pick of the week (for this week), Allied Digital Services Ltd recommended to the Paid Groups, at around Rs.176.10 touched Rs.184.20 yesterday. Avon Corporation Ltd tanked further to Rs.6.17, after a bulk selling happened in the counter. If you remember I had given a sell call to both the Paid and Free groups at around Rs.9-10. Most of the Paid Group members exited around Rs.8.48--10.
Most of the Mumbai (Bombay) based real estate stocks are unlikely to recover in the near term as many of their projects depend on loans/funding, and after this scam, accessing banks for loans may become difficult for them. The real estate prices are likely to crash in Mumbai (Bombay) and elsewhere, because of the price we now see is due to "That money". Those who have purchased Apartments in Mumbai (Bombay) for investment purpose can sell them now and again purchase when the prices fall. The effect of this scam will be seen after 6 months in a more prominent way.
The housing finance scam, monetary tightening in China, sell-off in the global markets due to fear over the Korean conflict and credit concerns in Eurozone have been the key reasons for the meltdown in the last week. 

Political instability due to the 2G spectrum scam was also a dampener, weighing heavy on the markets.

Bank shares that also took a beating last week amidst the CBI allegations may stage a partial recovery in the days ahead, particularly those belonging to the private sector. 

Note: I am not in very good mood since the last few days, as a massive FRAUD occurred in one of my newly opened ventures. The money is lost and at the same time mental peace is also lost. The persons whom I trusted, made a hole in my pocket and at the same time, created a lot of "Unnecessary Garbage" which might take months to clean up. The situation is pretty grim here. Hence I might not update the blog too often, as I am finding difficulty to service even the Paid Groups. When your mind is not with you--how can you function fully...??!!

Moral of the story: One should NOT enter or fund any business in which one does not have much knowledge. Also, do not unnecessarily start helping some persons to become established in life, without studying their antecedents--these persons might be GREAT FRAUDS.
A beyond reform criminal will never change in life, however sweet he/she speaks. Moreover, if you want to do any business in Mumbai (Bombay) or Delhi, be very careful---because these places occupy HIGH PLACE place as far as FRAUDS are concerned. Mumbai (Bombay) is full of "FRAUD-STARS" and government should take steps to eliminate them very quickly. Never in your life allow any person to stay with you in your house/apartment out of love ("Duniadari") or charity, unless you know those persons fully--these people might create hovoc. 
Also, please do not believe in the "GUARANTEE MARK" given by such services as Just Dial (www.justdial.com) as lot of persons have been cheated off-late believing in them. Moreover, Just Dial in Mumbai (Bombay) has a very bad customer service department which is slow and is closed during SUNDAYS (due to some strange reasons). So if you detect a fraud in your company, and call them up on Saturdays after 7 pm, you will have to wait till 9 am on next Monday, to close the leads--by that time lot of damage has already been done. The system is such a flawed in www.justdial.com, that one can steal  your leads to fool the customers and collect money from the market, without much hassles/trouble. What I feel is that anyone can bribe Just Dial officials (seems very easy) to put a guarantee mark about their venture on their web-site (www.justdial.com)--NEVER BELIEVE THE GUARANTEE MARK PUT IN THEIR WEB-SITE: www.justdial.com.
