FIIs on a Selling Spree...!!!???
FIIs continue selling:
The latest data from the bourses shows that foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold shares worth a net Rs 133.50 crore on Tuesday (11 July 2006). That compared to Monday’s (10 July) sales of Rs 47.40 crore
The net outflow of Rs 133.50 crore on 11 July was a result of gross sales worth Rs 943.10 crore and gross purchases of Rs 809.60 crore. The BSE 30 shares index finished lower by 69.95 points (down 0.65%), at 10,614.35 on 11 July 2006.
The total inflow for the month of July is Rs 524.10 crore.
The FIIs total inflow for calendar year 2006 aggregates Rs 12125.70 crore.
