IVRCL Ltd Rs.65
~~ H K Gupta
This Hyderabad based infra co has order backlog of nearly 26000 crores. However, execution of orders has been getting delayed resulting in stagnant topline. Group co IVRCL Assets is getting merged with IVRCL Ltd. IVRCL also holds promoter stake in Hind Dorr-Oliver Ltd As per our fully reliable sources, Mr Subhash Chandra of Zee group (who have interest in infra via their unlisted co named Essel Infra)has been cornering IVRCL shares from open market since last 3 months. As per our info, nearly 20% has been cornered which is spread over 18-20 different entities some of which are directly owned by Mr Subhash Chandra and some are holding on his behalf. Since then, Mr Subhash Chandra has already disclosed to Bse and Nse that he is holding around 10.2% in IVRCL. Promoters of IVRCL hold just less than 12% which makes IVRCL an easy take-over target. Mr Subhash Chandra is likely to offer to promoters of IVRCL to buy out their stake @ 80-90 which may or may not be accepted. However, there will be lot of action which may lead to competitive bidding and scrip of IVRCL may go up by 20% in coming weeks. Hence, nvestors may buy this scrip in cash or in FnO. Very low risk proposition which may reward investors handsomely in short run.
Note: Now every Tom, Dick and Harry, started recommending the stock when it has almost doubled from my recommended price of around Rs.30-35. At that time most of the TV analysts, we sounding doom in this counter---I wonder how this scrip suddenly became the darling of this analyst  fraternity, and that too within a matter of few months.
If you remember, I however, gave a sell call on the counter when it was around Rs.137-139 and the stock tanked to below Rs.30, which prompted Dr.Atul Saxena (A Paid Member, since the last few years and a General Physician from Uttar Pradesh), saying, "Your sell call on the scrip was excellent".
And, again when a buy call was initialed in IVRCL Ltd, after speaking with my close sources, it has almost doubled from my recommended price.
Now I have initiated a buy call on Voltas Ltd (Look for charts given in this blog)---just watch in this week, how many of the TV analysts, comes up with a buy on the counter....You have already seen how the hordes of analysts started recommending Dish TV Ltd, after my buy call.......Huh!!
I am generally not a re-seller of others' research work, like many do in the internet and take credit---that is why if you join my Paid Service, you would receive virgin calls and not those 2nd or 3nd hand ones....!!
