The Joke called ICICI Bank:

If you have opened an account with ICICI Bank, you must be a victim of the high handedness of the bank officials or the call centre guys.

Every day they come up with some new theories to harass the customers and it seems they derive a sadistic pleasure out of it. They forget it is our money and they have no right to harass the customers, especially the HNI who hold large chunks in their accounts.

I sometimes think of slapping (better word would be kicking) the those top officials who make all these Nonsense rules which harasses the customers of the bank.

If someone deposits money in the account, many a times there is no clue as to who has deposited the amount--so how to trace the transaction?

Sometimes the call centre executives will keep you waiting for a long time, when you say you need to speak with the high officials. Who will pay the telephone bill--the ICICI Bank or the family members of Chandra Kocher?

There is hardly any chance to talk with the top officials of the bank in case of any discrepency---everytime you need to visit the nearest branch, as if this is the only panacea.

Or in other words, you have to do everything, by visiting the nearest branch. You cannot even send your assistants to do the same, when you are sick or is too busy with the work.....

If you need to get a cheque book you need to visit the branch....Huh!! So the question is how to get a cheque book, when you are sick!!

If someone sends money from overseas, through wires transfer, then there is no clue who sent the money and moreover it takes 2 working days for the money to come to any account....In the days of internet you need 48 hours of work to transfer money from Dubai to India...Huh!!

I think I will be able to travel at least 10 times to and fro between these two places in 48 hours. Everytime, you question them, they talk of security angle....as if ROBBERS ARE ONLY EYEING ICICI BANK AND LEAVING OTHER BANKS....What a joke.....!!!!

 I am thinking of leaving this BULLSHIT BANK managed by a inefficient lady, named Chandra Kochcher.....This lady after joining the top post has made some Bullshit rules which are suited only for animals like Chandra herself......

Someone one should slap this lady on the face or spank her hard on the bottom and teach her how to run a bank of this size....I do not know how this lady is occupying such a high position without knowing ABCD of customer relation.....

BUT THIS  HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA.......BECAUSE WE HAVE SEEN CATS AND DOGS IN PARLIAMENT PREMISES ALSO.....HENCE, HOW CAN ICICI BANK BE FREE FROM BLEMISHES.....??!!

I think unless the bank makes life for the customers easier, it is better we leave this bank enmass....like it happened last time. Already the bank is having high debt....and could collapse..
