1. Rolta Ltd would get benefited as Nuclear Power Corporation is planning to raise 500 bln rupees through tax free bonds to realise its target of 22,000 mega watts by 2022.
The promoters of Rolta Ltd, have already denied any reports of stake sell. Moreover, Rolta Ltd is a specialist in the Nuclear Power space, as it a software provider in this domain.

3. IOC increased jet fuel prices with effect from Jan. 15. The price in Mumbai was increased by 1,068.87 rupees to 32,447.65 rupees a kiloliter, it said.
4. RANBAXY may shift some generic drug production to the U.S. from India, Chief Executive Officer Malvinder Singh said in Tokyo.
5. STEEL: Indian steel makers are unlikely to cut product prices further unless there is a significant fall in raw material prices, S.K. Roongta, chairman, SAIL said.
6. GAIL may get exclusive marketing rights for the distribution of the natural gas produced by RIL from its D-6 block in the KG basin. The government may request the Bombay High Court to appoint Gail as the nominee for distributing the gas to fuelstarved fertiliser and power units.
7. RIL has sent a letter of intent to Gujarat government seeking gas distribution agreement with Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation in the state. This news was sent to the Paid Group today.
8. RPL would start exports of petroleum products from its Jamnagar refinery during the current month. This news was sent to the Paid Groups today.
9. HYUNDAI MOTORS is facing tremendous pressure on cost and would review model prices at an opportune time. This is negative for the company.
10. TATA MOTORS may reduce the conversion price by 20-50% for its outstanding foreign currency convertible bonds in view of the fall in its share price over a couple of months. The company had issued these bonds to raise $990 mln (48.54 bln rupees). This is negative for the company.
The fact the Nifty is above 2800 again is positive for the days ahead. In the morning the Paid Groups were asked to take long positions with a SL below 2700 in the Nifty.
