Discrimination faced by Mumbaikars...

If the housing societies in Mumbai (Bombay) are only meant for families (married couples), then the government of Maharashtra should make marriage compulsory in the state/city.
Or else the government should tell its citizens where will Unmarried, Divorcees, Bachelors, Spinsters live in the city of skyscrapers or is Bombay only for those who have families.
This is one of the greatest mental blocks of Mumbaikars, who otherwise want to bask in the FALSE HALO of Cosmopolitanism.
This disease (of not giving apartments to Bachelors, Muslims, etc on rent) is specially prevalent in housing societies where the Gujaratis, Marathis and North Indians (to some extent) abound; while the rest of the population is more or less okay with the concept.
The government of Maharashtra should take this matter seriously and devise laws to eradicate this malice ASAP, so that BOMBAY (and its suburbs) becomes free of discrimination based on Marital Status, Religion, etc. Or else the Honourable Supreme Court of India should step in, and give directions to the state or central governments -- so that the fundamental rights of its citizens enshrined in the constitution of India is not violated.

Allied Digital Services LtdUpdates
According to the sources the company will perform better henceforth and barring unforeseen circumstances, it is expected to close the FY14, with a net profit, instead of net loss; it experienced in the last fiscal. (FY13).

The company is bidding hard for the Mumbai (Bombay), CCTV Project, and is a front runner, after its success in the Pune (Poona) project. Along with this the company is bidding for other projects too.

Very recently Nevada Gaming commission issued Information Technology Service Provider License to Allied Digital Services Ltd. However, it could not ascertained whether the company is going to launch a "Casino Business" in Las Vegas (Las Vegas is the most populous city in the U.S. state of Nevada and the county seat of Clark County) or not.

Last year Allied Digital Services Ltd, a leading IT Infrastructure Management Services provider and a Forbes “Best under a Billion Dollar” company headquartered in California, announced the availability of Allied’s Anti-Theft Service powered by Intel® Anti-Theft Technology to provide hardware assisted protection for lost or stolen laptops and data. According to the close sources, this business has started to take of well.

The company is going to allot preference shares to promoters, whose rates will be determined very soon or in other words the promoters are increasing their stake. The Q3FY14, results of the company, were shown depressed, before the Preference Allotment for the obvious reasons.

Now, look at this point:  the company came up with an IPO at a price band of Rs.170 - Rs.190, per share in July, 2007. The same promoters now wants to lap up, the same shares at around 1/10th of that price. Don't you therefore, understand the motives behind posting such unsatisfactory Q3FY14 results? When the renumeration of the CMD and the whole time director, Mr.Prakash Shah are intact, don't you think all these engineering are to achieve some objectives? According to my assessment, once that is obtained the share price will shoot up.

Moreover, the market cap of the company is Rs.60.46 Cr and Book value is Rs.146.62, Price to book is only 0.09. It is into BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Aviation, Manufacturing, Energy, e-Governance and Hospitality to name a few. Its FY13 balance sheet shows, Reserves & surplus of Rs.654.11 Cr and Gross block of Rs.310.74 Cr.

Hence, I ask you: Can a share trade at such a price of Rs.13.09? Also, in stock market, past results often does not have any bearing on the future prospects of the company. The promoters are very cunning and trecherous, so why should you fall prey in their trap and sell your shares at a discount?

I therefore, now reiterate a BUY on ALL DECLINES for the scrip of Allied Digital Services Ltd (Rs.13.60), instead of HOLD, as mentioned earlier. The first target is Rs.18 and 2nd target is Rs.22.

However, one thing which I want to hammer is that, the promoters of this company, Allied Digital Services Ltd,  lacks basic ethics of running a Public Limited Company. What can I say to the management of a company, which produces DOCTORED QUARTERLY results to benefit the promoters? You can decide the nomenclature of such "Rhino Teams" (who have such hard skins). Moreover, its  CMD, Mr.Nitin Shah, though might be seen well suited and booted every-time, but he is least bothered about shareholders. Or else the share would have been above Rs.100, by now.
