Glodyne Technoserve Ltd: Annual Report of FY13

The website of Bombay Stock Exchange (http://www.bseindia.com), is maintained so shabbily that there is no mention of, who are the chief office bearers of Glodyne Technoserve Ltd, except its CMD, Annand Sarnnaik. Also, it has only one phone number (Can you believe a company having a US subsidiary has only one phone number?), which is dysfunctional. Moreover, this website also did not put FY13, Annual Report of Glodyne Technoserve Ltd.

What a pity, when we have a regulator in the form of SEBI, overlooking all these operations!! Also, this comes under Finance Ministry, which is managed by P Chidambaram & Co. Right?
