Market Moves up once again due to "Chidambaram Effect"

SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd hit the buyer freeze in the late afternoon trade. The stock was asked to be accumulated 2nd time at around Rs.4.84 to the Paid Group members or those who are trading through my brokerage house. A report was also placed in the Paid Blog. 

Reliance Communication Ltd did move to Rs.55.95, after EGoM directed that, the incumbent operators can retain 2.5-MHz spectrum in 900-MHz band. In a reprieve to incumbent telecom operators Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Idea Cellular, Reliance Communications, BSNL and MTNL, the empowered group of ministers (EGoM) on telecom on Thursday permitted them to retain up to 2.5 Mhz of spectrum in the 900-MHz band. Aptech Ltd, a Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Rekha Jhunjhunwala enterprise Ltd moved to Rs.68.60, before cooling down a bit.  Rakesh Jhunjhunwala with his investment vehicle Rare Equity Pvt Ltd and his family owns 34.96% stake in Aptech Ltd--therefore the returns are guaranteed from here. Earlier there were media reports that he wanted to sell his stake around Rs.700 Cr which implies he wants to sell (1,05,54,403+43,19,100+21,83,433) shares at Rs.700 Crore.
