Suzlon Energy Ltd touched Rs.18.88 before cooling down a bit and closing at Rs.18.45 on the BSE. If you remember it was recommended at Rs.16.95, a couple of days back. The power sector reforms could take the stock much higher, if the immediate resistances are cleared, with good volumes. However, today, I learnt it was also recommended by one of the Chartist on a Business Channel. Also, yesterday, I saw a report in a pink daily that: EU companies are looking forward to have tie-ups with Indian companies in the clean energy segment at the two-day conference on renewable energy in Mumbai on September 25-26. CLICK HERE.There are slew of good news on the company, which gives it a strong platform to surge ahead in the next few trading sessions.
Koutons Retail Ltd hit the buyer freeze in the opening trade. However, Pantaloon Retail Ltd and V2 Retail Ltd also did not do too badly--both closing with gains.
Anant Raj Industries Ltd today touched Rs.59.90, before closing in the red. Paid Members should have booked profits as both the targets, Rs.52-57 have been reached. Earlier the shareholders received dividends from the company which was also not bad.
Those who are still holding Vijay Shanthi Builders Ltd, will get the dividend, which is not bad. Moreover, with the real estate sector looking buoyant, it is time that this scrip moves up, within a short time. Also, some of the banks have been reducing the rates, which is more important than the RBI going for a repo rate cut. Today I saw a media report saying that the CMD of State Bank of India said that they are sitting on excess liquidity to the tune of Rs.70,000-80,000 crore, which somewhat indicates that there could be further rate cuts from them to give more boost to the credit off-takes. If done this will have a direct bearing on the sales of Real Estate Companies. I have long back placed a report on the scrip at: www.sumanspeaksplus.blogspot.com.
Today a buy call was initiated in Shree Asthavinayak  Cine Vision Ltd at Rs.2.40, on two counts: (i) Digitilisation (ii) The liberation of foreign investment (FDI) in the broadcasting sector. I have placed a target of Rs.4.5 in the next few weeks. CLICK HERE.
Bartronics Ltd which was asked to be accumulated in all declines today touched Rs.25.45. It is slowly and steadily moving up. I am sure like many of my recommended counters, its target of Rs.37-38 would also be reached, as the company has finished reorganization of its business.
Reliance Power Ltd which was asked to be accumulated in lot at around Rs.77-78, when it fell achieved the 2nd target of Rs.97 today; the scrip touched Rs.98.70. The power sector reforms and Reliance Power's robust business model, would keep the scrip buoyant in the coming days.
