WINNING STROKES: THINK DIFFERENT
Reliance Industries Ltd as expected in the morning moved up as the GRM improved substantially in the last few days. There are also lot of other news in this counter.
Areva T & D Ltd moved up in the morning trade. The stock was recommended some days back. Buy this scirp in bulk as it could be super multi-bagger going forward. It is into Nuclear Power, which is the next happening thing.
XL Telecom & Energy Ltd, moved up today on the news that its Solar Project in Spain has taken off and it has conquered two other countries in Europe. The stock at Rs.33--Rs.34 is trading at an abnormal price and should definitely move up from here. If people were finding in the stock at Rs.500 plus, why would they not buy this scrip at Rs.33--Rs.34. This is another case of super multi-bagger. Good point is that there is a huge delivery based buying going on in the counter of XL Telecom & Energy Ltd today.
Most of the steel stocks are up today as I mentioned in the morning that next happening thing would be a rally in the commodity market. Gold and Copper are already up in the last few days.
Some of the Real Estate scrips are up on the news that SBI has come up with a home loan interest of as low as 8% for one year. DLF Ltd is up more than 5% when I last saw the scrip. Moreover, there are also optimism that after slicing the rates of properties, the company would be able to clear the inventories.
Also keep watch on Media counters after Ministry of I&B recommended a 10% hike in advertising rates of all govtads and also favours abolishing 15% commission on ad sales retained by govt. The stocks to be in focus: Zee Telefilms Ltd, Mid-day Multimedia Ltd, Deccan Chronicle Ltd, K Sera Sera Productions Ltd, Crest Animation Studios Ltd, Pyramid Saimira Theatres Ltd (it could get indirect rub-off effect) etc.
FERTILISER: The first tranche of RIL KG basin gas will go to 15 urea units of major fertiliser companies only. RIL has refused to supply gas from its field off India’s east coast to NTPC as it is involved in a legal case against the power producer.
Bartronics Ltd could get some rub-off effect from the railway budget, as it is into Barcoding. There were talks of increased usage of smart card tickets, for railway tickets.
