The company is into the Heavy Enigneering Sector or Capital Goods Sector. It has HUGE order book position. Since the price of Steel and other Metals have decreased during the past few months, this will help the company improve its bottomline. The company came out with very good results in the Septmeber, 2006 quarter--this is mainly due to the fall in the Metal Prices.

Book value of the shares of the company is a whooping Rs.137.83. The company is now on a new footing after it turnaround, in the Last Fiscal. Generally the third and fourth quarter of the company is the strongest. U will get some more inputs about this company in this Saturday [09-12-06] night so keep investing on all dips.
Also keep buying Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd and Samkrg Piston and Rings Ltd. Soma Should get benefits from the restructuring exercise, Fall in Cotton prices and good EPS. Samkrg Piston is one of the cheapest stock in the auto ancillary space. It should do well as most of its revenues comes from exports.
The dollar is all set to Strengthen and hence Weak Ruppee will help Soma Textiles Industries Ltd, Flat Products Equipments Ltd and Samkrg Piston & Rings Ltd, as all these companies derive most of their revenues from exports.
Today huge buying is taking place in Gravity(I) Ltd from some investors. A single bid of 25,000 shares were seen in the morning at Rs.7.35 and another huge bid/order of 21,425 at Rs.7.75 in the late afternoon.
